Privacy.
This page explains what we collect on this site, and why, and what you can do about it. We keep it plain. The whole point of Innforge is that you own your data. That starts with ours.
01
Who we are
Innforge builds direct booking systems for boutique hotels. We run innforge.com. The trading name is Innforge. The operating entity is [Innforge LLC, in formation, registered name, number and address to be confirmed]. We are the data controller for this site. You can reach us at meet@innforge.com.
02
What this policy covers
This page covers this site. That includes when you ask for or book an audit. It does not cover the systems we run for a client hotel. For those, we are a data processor. The hotel owns that guest data. The hotel is in charge of it.
03
What we collect
Things you give us. You ask for or book an audit, or write to us. We collect what you send. Your name, email, website, room count, hotel name, and place. Plus what you write. We book audit calls through Calendly. It saves your name, email, and the time you pick.
Things we collect on our own. The pages you view. Your rough place. Your device and browser. And how you found us. We use cookies for this. Our host keeps server logs, with IP addresses, for safety.
Ads and measurement. The tools in section 06 set cookies. They may get an ID for your device. This lets us measure the site. And show you our ads, if you agree.
04
Why we use it
To answer your audit request and talk with you. To run and protect the site. To learn what helps and make it better. And, if you agree, to measure and target ads.
05
Our legal bases
The GDPR lets us use your data for a reason. We rely on three. Your consent, for ad and analytics cookies and marketing email. Steps we take at your request, before any deal, to handle your audit. And our fair interest in a safe, working site. You can take back consent any time.
06
Cookies and tracking
Some cookies keep the site working. If you agree, we also use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to measure use. And the Meta pixel and Conversions API, to measure and retarget ads. Our cache may set a few cookies too. You control the rest through our cookie banner and your browser. [Confirm a working consent banner gates analytics and advertising cookies before go-live.]
07
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with tools that help us run Innforge. Under contract. Only as needed. Google, for analytics. Meta, for ad measurement. Calendly, for audit booking. Our host and email tool. And a spam filter on forms. We may also share it if the law makes us.
08
International transfers
Some tools handle data outside the EEA. That includes the United States. For example Google, Meta, and Calendly. When they do, we use proper safeguards. Like the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
09
How long we keep it
We keep audit and contact data as long as we need it. If we do not work together, we keep it up to [24 months, to confirm] after. Unless you ask us to delete it first. Analytics data follows each tool's own settings.
10
Your rights
You can ask to see, fix, delete, limit, or move your data. And to object to some uses. Where we rely on consent, you can take it back any time. To do any of this, email meet@innforge.com. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, at www.dpa.gr. In another EU country, you can go to your local one.
11
Security
We use fair steps to protect your data. No method is fully safe. But we take it seriously.
12
Children
This site is for hotel owners and staff. It is not for children. We do not collect their data on purpose.
13
Changes, and how to reach us
If we change this page, we will update the date above. For big changes, we will say so on the site. Questions about privacy go to meet@innforge.com.
