innforge.com tells you about Innforge and our work. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Or a promise. Or pro advice. The audit is a free chat. No strings.

The audit

You can book a 30-minute audit here. We book it through Calendly. It is free. No strings, either way. Booking an audit does not make you a client.

No guarantee of results

Any numbers or past results on this site are examples. They show what has happened. Not what will happen. Results depend on your hotel, your market, and the work. They vary. Nothing here is a promise of bookings, revenue, or return.

Working together

Say we agree to work together. A separate written deal covers it. A proposal. And, if needed, a data deal. Not these site terms. If the two differ, the signed deal wins for that work.

Intellectual property

The content on this site is ours, or our licensors'. The text, design, and layout. The law protects it. You can read it and link to it. You cannot copy, repost, or sell it without our OK.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site. Do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it, or get in without leave. And nothing against the law.

Third-party services

The site uses and links to other tools. For example Calendly, and ad and analytics tools. We are not on the hook for what they do. Their own terms and privacy pages apply.

The site comes "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it right and running. But we do not promise it is error-free or never down. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss from your use of the site. Nothing here limits what the law will not let us limit.
